Description:
Tenders are invited for Realization of the Environmental Audit of the Autonomous Port of Pointe-Noire 5. The performance of the services requires the skills of a team of specialists, including in particular at least: • A Head of Mission, • An Expert in Environmental Management; • An expert specializing in fauna and flora; • An expert in climate vulnerability (air quality, water quality, global warming, energy consumption, coastal erosion); • An Expert in modeling complex systems The PAPN invites Candidates to express their interest in providing the Services described above. This expression of interest must be accompanied by all useful information to show that the Candidate is qualified to perform the services described above, namely: • The means of qualified personnel; • Material resources; • The financial standing (Applicant's balance sheet for the last three years, bank references); • References concerning the execution of similar services during the last ten years (title of the project, date of the services, amount and object of the contract, number of man-months of experts, beneficiaries, source of financing); • The Candidate's experience in the region. This Call for Expressions of Interest is aimed at design offices, engineering companies or consulting firms. 6. If the consultant is formed as a consortium, the expression of interest must include: • A copy of the consortium agreement concluded by all of its members. WHERE • A letter of intent to form a consortium in the event that its proposal is accepted, signed by all its members and accompanied by a copy of the proposed consortium agreement. In the absence of this document, the other members will be considered as Subcontractors. The references and qualifications of Subcontractors are not taken into account in the evaluation of applications.
