Tenders are invited for Realization of the Environmental and Social Impact Study of the Dredging Works of the Quays Constructed as Part of the Emergency Phase of the Master Plan for the Development of the Port of Pointe-Noire The performance of the services requires the skills of a team of specialists, including at least: • A Head of Mission, • An Expert in Environmental Management who also has a pollution risk prevention and management profile by hydrocarbons at sea, • A Dredging and Backfill Expert; • An expert specializing in fauna and flora in the maritime environment; • A mapping expert; • An Expert specialist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) The PAPN invites Candidates to express their interest in providing the Services described above. 7. This expression of interest must be accompanied by all useful information to show that the Candidate is qualified to perform the services described above, namely: • The means of qualified personnel; • Material resources; • The financial standing (Applicant's balance sheet for the last three years, bank references); • References concerning the execution of similar services during the last ten years (title of the project, date of the services, amount and object of the contract, number of man-months of experts, beneficiaries, source of financing); • The Candidate's experience in the region. This Call for Expressions of Interest is aimed at design offices, engineering companies or consulting firms. 8. The eligibility criteria for AFD financing are specified in Article 1.3 of the "Guidelines for the Award of Contracts Financed by AFD in Foreign States", available online on the website of the AFD www.afd.fr.
