This request for quotation includes the following documents:Summary Section 1: Cover Letter -Purchase of OSS conference equipment. 2Section 2: Instructions and Request for Quotation Data Sheet. 3Section 4: Forms to be returned 7Form A: Technical offer. 7Form B: Financial Offer. 8Form C: Declaration of honor 9When preparing your quote, please refer to the instructions and data in the quote request. Please note that quotes from suppliers must be submitted in using the return forms in Section 3, by the method and at the date and time indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quote is submitted by the deadline. Quotes received after the deadline, whatever the reason, will not will not be considered during the evaluation.
