Please note that quotes from suppliers must be submitted in using the return forms in Section 3, by the method and at the date and time indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quote is submitted by the deadline. Quotes received after the deadline, whatever the reason, will not will not be taken into account during the evaluation.
