- Tender description: Provision of the design services for the Agency for Prevention of Corruption of the Republic of Serbia (APC) training courses.The Agency for Prevention of Corruption of the Republic of Serbia currently uses the Moodle platform to prepare and publish e-learning courses on the topic of integrity plans. Modernisation of the existing graphic design is needed, as well as the adaptation of the content for the existing courses and preparation for the courses planned in the future. Services shall include creating a general Moodle template that will be applied to all future Moodle courses, and design and production of interactive graphic elements, interactive quizzes, short animations and short videos for 5 online courses offered by the Agency for Prevention of Corruption of the Republic of Serbia. All design material must be provided in Serbian language on both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets. A translator must be engaged (and cost borne) by the provider if the team of the service provider does not speak Serbian language. The service provider will be responsible for preparing the script(s) and taking care to provide the scriptwriter(s), actor(s), as well as a movie set(s)at no additional cost for the Client. The service provider will be responsible for installation of the new Moodle template and content of 5 new courses on the APC Education Portal.-------------------------IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
