The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), seeks to establish non-exclusive contract(s) with qualified hotels for the provision of dependable, efficient, and cost-effective conference services in Brazzaville - Republic of Congo, for a period of up to three (3) years.UNEP is the leading global environmental authority within the United Nations system, providing leadership, fostering partnerships, and promoting science-based policies and actions to address environmental challenges and support sustainable development. In carrying out its mandate, UNEP regularly convenes regional and national meetings, workshops, consultations, capacity-building programmes, technical training sessions, and stakeholder engagement events involving government representatives, development partners, civil society, academia, and the private sector.To facilitate the successful delivery of these events, UNEP requires access to high-quality conference facilities and related services that meet United Nations operational standards.
