Description:
Tenders are invited for Project Management of the Dredging Works of the Quays Constructed as Part of the Emergency Phase of the Master Plan for the Development of the Port of Pointe-Noire 11. Applicants may submit only one application in their own name or in Consortium. If a Candidate (including a member of a Consortium) submits or participates in several applications, these will be eliminated. On the other hand, the same Subcontractor may participate in several applications. 12. If the candidate is formed as a consortium, the expression of interest must include: • A copy of the consortium agreement concluded by all of its members. OR • A letter of intent to form a consortium in the event that its proposal is accepted, signed by all its members and accompanied by a copy of the proposed consortium agreement. In the absence of this document, the other members will be considered as Subcontractors. The references and qualifications of Subcontractors are not taken into account in the evaluation of applications. 13. Interested Candidates must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified and experienced to perform these Services. As such, they will justify that they have references of recent and similar services. The similarity of the experiences will be analyzed according to: • The size of the markets; • The nature of the Services (Assistance to the Contracting Authority for the procurement , Supervision and control of the works, Environmental monitoring of the works); • Domain and technical expertise on carrying out dredging works • Geographical context (Sub-Saharan Africa).
