Description:
The services provided for this contract include: (i) take into account all the measures included in the PCR validated by the BAD; (ii) set up a multisectoral committee for data analysis at the local level; (iii) Analyze all the files provided by the PAPs in order to determine their eligibility in comparison with the data included in the initial PCR; (iv) review the PAP lists in accordance with the validated initial PCR; (v) proceed to the evaluation of the goods allocated with reference to the PCR, in reference to the current costs of full replacement of the goods impacted in collaboration with the members of the resettlement committee set up; (VI) Check that the PAP identified in the PCR validated by the BAD are physically available in the region and report the PAPs not available (deceased, sick or on the go), offer payment method for this last category; (VII) Check / identify all inheritance rights and report the differences; (VIII) Indicate the assets identified in the PCR validated by the BAD which have changed quality and dimension, and assess the capital gain; (ix) Check the assets identified in the PCR Val ...
