- The services provided for this contract include: (i) the technical support necessary for better formulation of needs, TDRS/Notebooks, technical specifications, conventions/contracts; (ii) methodological support for technical experts in the programming and implementation of activities with potential beneficiaries; (iii) participation in arbitration on prioritization and arrangement of actions to be taken to improve project performance; (iv) support in the development of the realistic and feasible annual work program and budget; (v) Support for the identification, preparation and evaluation of new operations in the agricultural sector in Congo; (VI) The identification of actions which can arouse operational synergies with the other projects in progress and organize the meetings between the parties concerned to implement the documents to be submitted for prior opinion to the government and to the donors; (VII) support) the organization/proposal of technical meetings of the sectoral ministries for better cohesion and inclusion of all the parties concerned in the implementation of common actions; (V ...
