Description:
The services provided for this contract consists in (i) to give an opinion on the fact that the financial statements have been prepared, in all their significant aspects, in accordance with international standards of audit enacted by the Council of International Audit Standards and insurance (IAASB) or to international standards of higher public finance control institutions set by the International Organization of Higher Public Finance Control Institutions (Intosai) or to national audit standards; (ii) Establish a Report on the financial statements and communicate it as required by international standards, based on its conclusions and, (iii) ensure that the resources made available to the project are used for the purposes for which they have been granted.
