- Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: the consultant will be responsible for developing a nomenclature of the agricultural sector professions in republic of the Congo, in a participatory logic and in close collaboration with national parties. The tasks include: a documentary review and an analysis of the extent on agricultural trades; the organization and animation of a training workshop on developmentme a nomenclature and the drafting of business sheets; the identification and laclassification of trades along the agricultural value chains; the drafting of dereference and zero draft of the nomenclature; as well as the organization of a validation workshop and Lafinalization of document. The chosen approach emphasizes capacity building and the local appropriation, in order to allow sustainable and evolving use of the nomenclature in the political training, professional integration and modernization of agriculture. Note that if a Voyage is necessary for this mission, travel costs will be borne by the bit.
