The services provided for this contract essentially consist of: Evaluating the state of the implementation of local development actions, while identifying the bottlenecks and the challenges linked to the implementation in relation to strategic axes; Define a concerted vision, development objectives and targeted resilience strategies on the fair improvement in the living conditions of populations, especially those of young people, women and indigenous people; conduct the participative advisory process (the steering committee, technical coordination and operational cells) of drafting or revision of the local development plan (PDL), with the involvement of the Departmental Council, civil society organizations and other local actors; supporting the participatory definition of performance measurement indicators and Monitoring-evaluation of local development plan.
